Receipt

Locate your receipt or proof of purchase. If you have a model with our five year warranty, staple the receipt to the log book section of your product manual. The log book can be taken with you for any service or warranty work.

Consumables

Is my item a manufacturing fault or a consumable? Parts, such as the ones listed below, may need to be changed at your yearly service to ensure your machine is in tip-top condition.
